I Pray

Everytime I pray,
i know the Lord will not delay,
because at the end of the day,
he tells me what to say.
I give him all my praise,
with the timeless pace,
for my soul I shall raise,
until the darkest of days.
He shows me the way,
and draws me away,
in his hands i lay,
and forever I pray.
