I promised to love you
Forever and a day.
I promised never to leave,
Which makes me want to stay.

Our love is strong,
Like never before.
And I promised to you
I'll make your heart sore...

To the heavens and higher
Because you make me feel great.
And I promise to you
I'll do nothing you hate.

With everything we do
Going out in the daylight
I promised you there and then
I wish to marry you at the end of the night.
