Many times I have seen Death
Lingering upon the grassy knoll
Basking in the morning sun
While out for a gentle stroll
He is such a curious sight
When he sits amongst the buttercups
Making crowns and daisy chains
From the pink and white tulips
There have been several times
I have seen him lay upon the grassy hill
And idly watch the clouds pass by
While listening to the robin's trill
He has set the seeds to wind
Of many a dandilion flower
And I wonder what the wish could be
From one of such perdurable power
Maybe he wishes for fortune
Or to have life yet once again
Though maybe he is just lonley
And wishes for a faithful friend
Perhaps one day I will join him
Upon that grassy knoll
Although it will not be today
Lest his wish was for a mortal's soul

Excellent Poem, death is a very interesting creature that we will never fully understand.
