I Thought

Just yesterday I thought I had a friend.
Someone I thought who would be by my side.
You forgotten what you started.
You gave me your reasons and parted.
No fantasies could ever replace our passions.
Now I lie awake in bed wondering if you're happy.

The brief ending was kinda sappy.
I want my friend back.
I won't rest till I do.
But if I can't, I'll sing you the song.
