I Want To Know What's Inside Of You Poem by Rachel Brewer

I Want To Know What's Inside Of You

You don’t have to pretend with me,
Because I want to be with you.
I want to know what you feel,
And who you truly are.
I want to know everything,
But you have to let me in.
Let me into your soul and your mind,
Let me get under your skin.
I want to know what’s inside of you.
I don’t care if you’re perfect,
God knows, I’m not.
I just want to be with you,
Every second of the day.
Because I see something in you,
Something that I could love one day.
But for now, just let me in.
Because I really want to know what’s inside of you.
