I Was So As A Child Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

I Was So As A Child

I was so as a child

Want my legs' long, longer
See skies up above head.

Lord are you? Were ever?
Just and there? Were ever?

Some say no' some say yes
I hold on and wonder.

Want long legs to reach there
Wherever you have home; as is said.

We must talk all alone
As two did in old ways
The Rumi's shepherd and
Zakani's stone carve.

Did you change? Have ever?
I have not, not ever.

I was so as a child
Am still…
