Just sitting here thinking
about how things should be
Finishing high school
and getting a college degree

Again sitting here thinking
about who I want to marry
a young muscular man
who's loving, kind and caring

sitting here again thinking
wondering why I hear screaming
in the doorway stand my two kids
looking at me with foot wide grins

sitting here thinking
where our money has gone
when ask, no answer he shuttered his face
in the mail was evidence
of my man at someone else's place
WAIT! ! !

sitting here thinking
what is he going to take
my house, the car or the kids
he's entering the courthouse
with MY EX-BOYFRIEND NATE!
