I Wrote A Song For You; But Forgot The Tune
I wrote a song for you;
but forgot the tune
I vaguely remember
it starting out
upbeat and happy
then it kind of rambled
for a while...
just before
it slid into
a weird modulation
through the bridge
only to lose its rhythm
and turn into a dirge
in the fade out
towards the end
where it got stuck
in the last groove
