If Poem by Isaak DeMaio

If

If I were a plane, I'd crash down.
If I were a cat, I'd be afraid.
And If I were a good man,
I wouldn't hold in all that I feel.

If I were to lie, I could concede.
If I were gullible, I could follow.
If I were someone I'm not, please,
please just shoot me.

If I were music, I would relieve.
If I were morning, I'd start new.
If I were a good man, I'd value,
Everything you've done for me.

If I were a plane, I'd crash down.
If I were a cat, I'd be afraid.
And if I were a good man,
I'd never let you down.
