If Poem by Jemarie Ragudo

If

Rating: 5.0

If infinity can lend me
A space to write my story
If the night can turn to ink
To print the thoughts I think
Then maybe I can start to write
But will there be an end
For to write about my love
Needs forever to expend

If the language of the moon
Can describe the man I loved
If the sound of distant seas
Lend the words of which I write
I may write this great story
But will it ever end
For to write about my love
Needs eternity to expend
