If I Did Poem by Lavell Wallace

I thought she was the sun in my eyes, the glare in my heart,
i thought she wanted true love, romeo and juliet til death do apart.
The water flows off are love when it washes the tears and all of fears,
the door is now open i cant choose wisely when nothing is there.
We use to talk all the time, the love of my life capture by my mind,
now were invisible nowhere found in the heart we need that shine.
Im thinking about her each day and everyday to still have faith,
no love potion this time, i have to make the changes hope its not late.

I wonder if she'll love me like the first wind blew across her face,
maybe i'll make the best to the best, i say i love you my heart race.
One day i see her eye to eye, shes in the distance i need wishes,
stars flashing at night when the sounds of love arrives, i need kisses.
We should always be together when we fly when the world blow.
Im rising out the past you can be my future, the wife, family, and kids,
nothing will stop are love it goes on forever, i can keep it....if i did....
