Ignored Poem by Immortal blank state

Smiling, Laughing that’s all fake.
Why don’t you care for goodness sake?
Everything I say is just pushed to the side.
All ignored, pretending like there is nothing to hide.
But all along, I knew.
You knew I cared, but your carelessness grew.
I just wanted you to listen and perhaps, change your mind.
But anything to convince you like that is hard to find.
I know we are immensely close.
But in the end, you’re still depressed as always, I suppose.
One mistake after another it only gets worse.
It feels like a never ending curse.
I need you now more than ever.
Please stay my best friend, always and forever and not resulting in never.
If you would please hear the words, that I do care and I do love you.
Not being depressed anymore, we could start fresh and new.
Will you promise not to leave me here fragile and defenseless?
We could be closer than ever instead of being just another gigantic mess.
Please know that without you, I am forgotten, erased and long gone.
Always and forever, let’s just hope nothing goes wrong.
