Illusion About Independence Poem by vaibhav vizard

Illusion About Independence

Seven decades of freedom,
when britishers abandon,
our motherland.
Celebrating it is our elation,
and this is the day for celebration,
time to pay rich homage,
to the martyrs of nation,
time to remember the heroes,
epitome of courage,
who donated their life,
as legacy to the nation.
Today patriots were crooning,
the reverend national anthem,
hand was saluting with pride and honour,
to the tricolour of India.
But some traitors have an illusion,
about the independence,
that they can do anything,
can play with the nations sovereignity,
can violate the rules and devastate the unity,
but this is their profound illusion,
better not to play with the nation,
otherwise no one would be there in your cremation.
