Immortal Poem by Francis Julian Zewu

Immortal

I gaze left from right
Back and forth
But no signs of you.

MJ,
Why?
They told me you're dead and gone
But I refused
Why?
Yes, to the rest of the world you might be dead and gone
But immortal you are to me
And forever will you remain immortal.

Your Love for
Old young and kids
Transcends
More than desperation
Inspiration to multitudes
Generations to come
Not to think off
But concentrate.

To the world
Your life here
Imperfect
Forgetting that
Life's itself imperfect
Yet, a perfectionist you were
At purpose when here with us.

Michael,
You discovered the strength and power of the microphone
Performed,
Healing the entire world together
Through weapon of not mass destruction but of peace and love.

Your smiles never declined
Inclined my very emotions
Intuition of Love.

Whispers of
I Love you!
You whispered often.

Every move every turn
Every dance moon walked
Tip toe body cracks
Words and screams
Rhymed excellent and unique.

Your stage crafts
Energized admirers
And the glimpse of you
Rendered souls speechless for moment,
And screams and cry of love evolves afterward.

You were pressed down without sense
But never crashed
You traded your heart and soul
In exchange for appreciation
And not incarceration.

Peace, you left us
Not estates.
Never will there be another you.
Ever will there be another Jacko!

Peace,
Never can say goodbye!
Peace.
