Impossible Dream Poem by Micron

Although I hurt, disappoint everyone,
And no ones heart I have ever won
I’m a constant burden I feel this inside
To others I don’t want to spoil their fun or way,
But I long for a special friend who will stay
For this is my secret dream that in me reside
I don’t ask for any sexy, wild romance
To be dined, given presents or to be taken to a dance
Just simple talk, words on the phone
Someone special to message when home alone
In my heart I guess no one I will find
Except in the dreamy depths of my mind
For who would with me ever want to stay
But I’d like to experience for a few day
The ultimate dream some who’d like to hold loosely
Not so tight I cant move, breath, suffocate and cant get free
But reassuringly tight enough just to know your there
And that someone in this place does me care.
This is my dream is for a short time even to find
The impossible person who to me could be kind
They don’t have to be physically here that’s true
Just to be fully accepted loved Id give a huge thankyou.
