In Praise Of Dog
Last month I got a small labrador
A loyal buddy that I now adore.
Saturday I let him loose in the park
He ran with the wind and lit like a spark
Yet people freaked out and froze like an abotoir
When I screamed out his name and hollered allah akbar!
What a wonderful and amazingly humorous poem just like Kim's poem, Third Try. So well crafted and with great rhyme. I just read the poem of Kim and I am amazed and how fast you have woven this fantastic write. Top Score and to my favorites. I love dogs specially Labrador and Golden Retriever.
