In The Gorge Of Heart Poem by Ehsan Ehsan

In The Gorge Of Heart

IN THE GORGE OF HEART
Though I live among familiar people
Yet I feel to be living all alone
I know what the other demands of life are
But in spite of all this I do not want to come out of you
I want to live in those celebrations
Which have the power to restrain time?
I wish to live in those breezes
Which are harbingers of springs?
There are the crowds of people all around
Yet my own loneliness is the best seclude
Let me know where the elixir of life is
I aspire to enjoy it for ever
My heritage is the company of those people
Who have dislikes for formalities
Only those people know the secrets of love
Who are living in the gorges of the heart?
How can those people enlighten my mind?
Who themselves are living in the darkness?
