In The Middle Of My Dreams Poem by Mohammad Younus

In The Middle Of My Dreams

In the middle of my dreams,
When I am alone and silence reigns,
Sound currents cascade into,
The depths of my heart,
Filling it with eternal ecstasy,
Peace profound and serenity,
Transcending mortal bounds.
I dwell now in the divine realm,
My original home.
So I can not call to mind,
The mundane undivine thoughts.
I dive deep into the Musical Sea,
To muffle up myself in Hu sound.
My heart resonates with Hu sound,
As if all the angels living there,
Together hymn Lord's praise,
That there exists none but He.
My heart is getting a sweet touch,
My Heart is so cool and relaxed,
Feeling no anguish or agony inside.
I wish to live always here,
Leaving behind all delusion and illusion.
I don't miss my lord here any more.
No longer does my nafs break me away,
From the Constant Zikr of my lord.
My heart is so satisfied and contented,
My eyes do not burn with the fire of nafs.
I enjoy the magic presence of my God,
And I see His beautiful countenance,
Glaringly manifest in His Creation.
I will never be the same as I before was,
When false ideas and hollow doctrines.
Cast their dark shadows on my soul.
I'm just in a state of sound belief.
I am not cut off from the One-reality.
My lord has graced me with divine vision,
And with divine understanding,

MyKoul
