In This World! Poem by Changez Ndzai

In This World!

I have learnt and am still learning,
Amazing things sometimes pathetic,
Hard way is my cement for my foundation,
My sweat and tears drizzling.

Few may say keep on going,
Others are supervisors to priapic,
Waiting to laugh me if I fail or do wrong,
But am keen and I never panic.

My vocabulary has no word enemy dealing,
I term enmity as a part of my challenges tic,
I always dream big, outcomes always outstanding,
Have no fear any more for am used to life too barbaric.

I learn through my mistake making,
I keep on trying, if I fail isn't havoc,
But I do always take it positive ruling,
So if I do it again, my life can't bloc,

Like a hungry lion, am always fighting,
Making dreams comes true not a mimic,
So don't ask how, if you see am winning,
Though my life may be bitter as garlic.
