Insensitive



as one
cries before God
as one screams
for help
for the horror of
his personal situation

the other merely laughs
and giggles
over these realities
dismissing them
as pure
melodrama

i look at him
and he is getting older
damned
cursed
and shall enter
into an eternal assurance of
his own
hell
