Invisible Departure Poem by Amgad Samy

Invisible Departure

Rating: 5.0

No rehearsals took place
When my time actually came
Just leaving without complaint
Never thinking of the past
Or dreaming of the future
Passing away before my time
Seemed like a gift from heaven
A lot of secrets buried with me
Including the sacred love of mine
Was I a hero to send her away?
Was I too selfish to share my pain?
I knew my days were fading away
Visualizing the scene of her tears
Wearing black covered in sadness
Giving the mourning speech
Created another date of my death
I found my comfort in my silent grave
Where no words could ruin a dead body
What sort of a knight played I in her memories?
Was I a painter with colours of a rainbow?
Drawing her lovely smile filled with ignorance
Knowing nothing of my invisible departure
It was my ultimate will that I sought
Keeping my existence in her mind alive

Keeping your existence alive in other's mind is definitely wise. Love shines here in life. An amazing poem is beautifully presented.10
