It's Raining Again Poem by Gisela Ute Duvel

It's Raining Again

It's raining again
Oh, how I love the rain
When it's pouring outside my window
Then rivers there are, they flow
Into my heart so deep and pure
It gets me to sleep at night
It calms me when there's a fright
My love for the rain will never dry
So much like an eagle swooped up in the sky
Listen to the rain come rushing down
Angels are crying, sweet tears of joy
Love and happiness it brings
To our hearts like an angel's wings
Sun, you may shine now
Cause the rain is gone now
But please, just don't dry up my heart
Beacause my love is there to last
Tomorrow I'll see the rain again
Oh, how I deeply love the rain...

This is really good, Gisela. I can see that you have only posted few poems here. You may have more in your cupboards or notebooks. Take care and I hope to read more from you.
