Just A Bunch Of Useless Babble

“What therefore God has joined together,
Let no man separate”
Yet there are those of you
Who go against God's fate

You try to break
A couple joined -apart
You’ve become so good at it
Some even call it an art

Has California gone
And crossed the line
Hiding behind Jane Doe
To collect a fine

I hope California
Gets flushed down the drain
For causing my family and I
So much freaking pain

Do I still have the right to sue
The state for charging me
Unjustified charges
I should have been set free

My wife did not press charges
Yet ya’ll picked them up
I hope ya’ll continue
To drink the wrath from God’s cup

You call it domestic violence
I call it a domestic spat
And as far as I’m concerned
Its all a bunch of shat

I hope California
Suffers as much as those torn apart
By holier than thou jack holes
Who think they’re so smart

You have not been able
To divide my wife and I
And you have not been able to conquer
And that is no lie

I don’t think I’ll join ya’ll
No matter how much you insist
After writing all of this
I hope ya’ll get the gist

poet Rupert Brooke

If I should die, think only this of me:
That there's some corner of a foreign field
That is for ever England. There shall be
In that rich earth a richer dust concealed;
