Just For Fun Poem by Sneha Murali

I have some questions i'd like to ask
but please dont answer in the scientific sense
cos sometimes in life, you just gotta leave out science
just have some fun, unwind, and dont get tense

Why is the ocean the colour blue?
Why is it when i'm eating, you're hungry too?
Why are pigs not able to fly?
Why isn't green the colour of the sky?

Where do birds go when they die?
Does our nose grow longer when we lie?
Why is the world filling with hate?
Why can't my mother ever lose weight?

Where can i go to eat at a clean table?
Why can't i get proper t.v. cable?
Why are 10% of dalmations deaf?
Will i ever become a professional chef?

I'm just taking a little break
from serious poetry and heart-ache
writing stupid stuff to make you smile
even for a second, it's worthwhile....

(dont think i've gone insane...hehe! ! ....sumtimes u just gotta write stupid stuff to know ur not a robot....)
