Just One Bullet Poem by Mockingjay Mellark

Just One Bullet

Just a little piece of copper
Just a small metal tube
Saved my life that monday
Right outside the jiffy lube

One slug
A one round hit
One cartridge
One bullet

He thought I was defenseless
I thought he must be blind
I had a concealed carry permit
But it was hard to miss that bulge at my side

He's gone now
And don't ask me to be sorry
He got more 'n he expected
In front of that red Ferrari
