Just The Wave Of The Hand Poem by David Harris

Each day we search our memories
for the perfect moments in time
when there were tears of laughter
to see us through some bad times.

We look for those moments,
which were written by loves hand
to transport us back
again to that magical land.

We want to forget about any worrying times
that might lie just ahead,
and think of the pleasures
we had somewhere in the past.

Remember how love once praised us
with everything we have now,
and remember all the good times
and forget about the bad one somehow.

If only we could do it
with just the wave of the hand
and banish away all the sorrows
forever from our beloved land.
