Kiss The Past Farewell Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Kiss The Past Farewell

Rating: 5.0

K-iss the past farewell,
Y-esterday is left behind;
L-et not the clock turn back
E-ach old memory in mind.

M-iss not the daybreak,
A-fter the night so lonely;
L-et the darkness disappear,
O-n the fourth of January.
N-ew dawn has broken, beginning to warm the chill;
G-ood-bye to the former, kiss the past farewell.

A fine acrostic poem. Kiss the past farewell inspires one to move forward leaving the past behind.
