Knowledge Without Wisdom Is Dangerous: as Love With Out Justice Is Mere Words. Poem by Adrian Wait

Knowledge Without Wisdom Is Dangerous: as Love With Out Justice Is Mere Words.

Where there is Love, grant us Your Grace
Where there is Grace, guard us from Inaction
Where there is Knowledge, grant us Wisdom
Where there is Wisdom, guard us from Arrogance
Where there is Indifference, grant us Objectivity
Where there is objectivity, guard us from Indifference
Where there is Careerism, grant us Vocation
Where there is vocation, guard us from Careerism
Where there is Churchianity, grant us Christ
Where there is Christ, guard us from Churchianity
Where there is professionalism, grant us Humility
Where there is Humility, guard us from Professionalism
Where there is isolation, grant us Prayerfulness
Where there is prayerfulness, guard us from Isolation
Where there is a Journey, grant us a Destination
Where there is a destination, guard us from Flight
Where there is pastoral work, grant us Listening Skills
Where there is listening skills, guard us from Schedules
Where there is Injustice, grant us your Anger
Where there is Anger, guard us from being Unjust.

Glory be to the Father,
The Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Amen.
