Kryptonite Poem by Brett Rogers

Kryptonite

Maybe,
Tomorrow,
I will wake
A better man,
An actual non-boy
Man!
… And the beer in my fridge,
And the drugs in my underwear drawer,
And the memories in my nightmares,
Will glow green,
As if I were
Super.
