Kun nata ginibo an bangui

Kaipuhan taka padaba,

Ah, pirang beses ko na baya ining nataram

Sa mga bitoon na nakakasabot,

Sa bulan na nagpapahiling nin daing bistong mga dalan,

Mga burak na pigtao dai na mabilang,

Pirang bangui na an nagparumdom ki lipot

Na nagpapabatak sakong tulang,

Pigdangog mo ako sa maluyahon kong tingog,

Sa pagkamata yaon ka na.

Kami sana nin bangui

An nakakaaram nin hampas nin kulog

Bago sakong buhay ika nag-abot.

Dai ko na masyadong piglalakaw an pigpadabang diklom,

Ugma saiyang tinao aram ko

Ta lambang bitoon,

Sarong kansyon satong higdaan.

Pag saimong tinaram na muya mo na maghali,

Pigsisirip ko an bangui,

An halangkawong mga kulog

Na dai ko na kayang kaputan,

Pig-iisip ko na sana an pagkamoot nin Dios,

An pagtao niya sato ki mga bitoon, ki bulan,

Habo niya na kita, mag-istar sa diklom.

Kun maisipan mo giraray magduman

Sa harayo na dai ko aram,

Ibahan mo ako

Sa saro pang bangui,

Dakul kitang pag-iistoryahan,

Dakul kitang maaagihan.

Poem of the Day

poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

I heard the bells on Christmas day
Their old familiar carols play,
And wild and sweet the words repeat
Of peace on earth, good will to men.
