Lady Fire Poem by Arno Le Roux

Lady Fire

Thousands of souls were handpicked by nature
Of them a small sample by life taken to nurture

Years later a handful to perfection was bred
Have you noticed in nature beauty mixed with red?

Molded into once - off did the Gods decide to cast
The perfection of smiles and eyes lifetimes to last

Precise the calculations the angels helped form
Genes selected with redness and fire and storm

Into oven the recipe was awaited while cast
The end result planned with life's fire to last

Beauty for a few bestowed for few men to handle
That temperament you see the heat of God's candle
