Lake Of Wonder Poem by Sue Oxley

Lake Of Wonder

That wondrous lake, a golden sea
Of sunlit cloud is lifted, free
From swirling mists, and in its lee
The Dragon rises, stone and tree
To shape her body. A filigree
Of storm and cloud sparks Spirit, see
From dusty clinging tapestries
Of legend, walks divinity.
