Laughter Poem by Lawerence Mize, Sr.

Laughter

The laughter of children
Make me so glad
Jordyn, Caleb, Cameron
Gave me the best I ever had
Excited kids
On chilly winter days
Can make you so happy
In so many ways
That's how it is
When the seasons change
Kids running in the yard
Playing outdoor games
There's BB rifle shooting
Rocket-copters to
Things to keep you active
So happy to do
The laughter keeps coming
Warming my heart
So glad I got to share in it
Glad they let old "Poppy" be a part
