POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
In hindsight too, Saint Paul probably saw ways he could have done better. But he didn't let these recollections cloud his vision of God's work in his heart or in the hearts of the Ephesians. In the end, St. Paul was at peace with what he did and didn't do. So we try to do our best and leave the rest to God.
