mother earth is in distress
spilling her guts out
for help, need to save
her, so let's not rest...
greed for money and lust for gold
is destroying, raping, and pillaging
the mother earth,
politicians the scum of the earth
are out, with their dirty tricks
to sell everything, to the masters
their masters,
our future!
Exxon, BP, and Caltex
same old scum and scams
we all, are sleeping
part of the problem
letting them destroy the future
of everyone!
oil spill, drilling in Alaska
stealing minerals in Africa and Asia
while conservatives and some liberals
the capitalist goons,
playing with fire
And they are so liars
throwing dirt in our eyes
selling our young ones future
to the foreign interest
while starting wars
all around the world
catastrophe after catastrophe
sell weapons and make money
send jobs outside and pay people here
only pennies!
shame, shame, shame on
