Life is a series
Of ups and downs

Life is a series
Of smiles and frowns

At times we’re happy
At times we’re sad

At times we’re happy
At times we’re mad

Life is confusing
At times I try

Life is confusing
At times I cry

I keep on living
I do my best

I keep on living
Is life a test

I keep on going
As best I can

I keep on going
I’m just a man

There will come a day
When I’ll be gone

There will come a day
I’ll face my dawn

Will you remember
All that we had

Will you remember
And still be glad
