Life's Ripples. Poem by David Boyce

Life's Ripples.

Rating: 3.0

Life's ripples.

From minor movements,
There are ripples on the waters top,
A part of nature's magic,
Which is hard to stop.

Just like a pebble in a pond,
The momentum continues on,
Like the heartache felt after a loss,
And your loved one has now gone.

Life takes us through many ripples,
Some we can just ride.
But those who cannot cope,
Try to put them to one side.

If you are feeling down and troubled,
Speak to a colleague or friend,
To help you through the hard times,
So life's ripples can then end.
