We're definitely wiser now
with experience on our side
not so busy, rather giving more
advise than doing the chores.

We are here and it is safe
It is good, a fine place
It could be better however
but there is still plenty of time.

No need to hurry though
rather think of the stuff that
held us back from being much
more but it still can be so.

Watching the children grow
they engrossed our life then
what a wonderful commitment
it was as onward they go.

Now we wish them back again
but they have their busy lives
so there's no time to explain
but as life stretches; it never divides.
