Lights In The Dark Poem by Patrick Tincher

Lights In The Dark

Rating: 5.0

I gaze into your eyes and see straight into your heart
I see fears and insecurities
Your heart appears to me as a sepulcher
A place to store the dead
I see you trying desperately to get out but can't
Your fear is as big as this million mile forest set in eternal night
Take my hand hold it tight
We will walk down the path less traveled and make it out alive
