Looking back on your life
Do you like what you see?
Or do you feel regret?
Wishing you lived differently

Looking back on your life
Did you like the way you lived?
Or did you despise the mirror?
And keep that knife near

Looking back on your life
How much did you hate?
Did you try to change to love?
Or were you too late?

Looking back on your life
Could you count your enemies?
Did you choose friend from foe?
Or were your thoughts too slow?

Looking back on your life
Pray you put down that knife,
Because you want to like what you see
When you see that light.

Looking back on your life
How much did you lie?
When you did, did it eat at you?
Make you wanna just die?

Looking back on your life
Did you ever stop and stare?
Or did you sprint through it all?
Never stop to think to care.

When your time is near
Look back on your life
But do not ever,
Turn your back on your life.
