looking for hope....

The years we spent together
just vanished
like they were not here
all together
spring just changed into autumn
blooming flowers changed into wilted petals
with no leaves
smiles changed into sorrows
like waiting for death to come tomorrow
love transformed into hate
and I took it as it was my fate
to lose
and sedate
musical songs changed into
everything that is now living
and will very soon die
when virtuous lost it's virtue
everything around him seems changed into vile
and nothing is true
left to believe
I need to find love
and a sweet little dove
of hope...

Whate'er we leave to God, God does,
And blesses us;
The work we choose should be our own,
God leaves alone.
