Losing Your Innocence Poem by kendyll brown

Losing Your Innocence

such innocence is lost
when things are done

iv lost mine long ago
though you wouldnt know

i dont say it at all
or share myself even when i fall

its my scar to carry
my burden to burry

but nothing is forever
but nothing stays hidden, no matter the whether

darkness around him in the wrong
never caught, never convicter, and for so long

and now its to late
with nothing left to do but hate

it runs right my veins
like blood, that belongs

it'll never leave
hidden up my sleeve

forever in my heart and soul
till i am no more
