When on a day we may argue or fight,
and we kiss and make up before the end of the night.

When were done making love,
and you hold me real tight so we fit like a glove.

When I get up my hair all a mess,
and you kiss me gently as if you care less.

When I’ve been gone for awhile,
and I walk in the door and you give me a smile.

Love is...
When you know I’ve had a bad day,
and not one single word do I have to say.

Love is...
When you say I’ll grow old with you,
and I reply that’s what I plan to do.
