love kills
it brings forth tears
and
open wounds in places
that were never meant.

love kills
it maims
and leaves scars
in all the wrong places.

Love kills
and makes those little moments
that we cherish so preciously

love kills those,
that will never be
and those who once were

love kills
it replenishes the sorrows of life


love kills
it truly does
to those who felt it
to never feel it again.

love kills
it gives birth
to grow old and wither


but as it passes
it leaves its mark
upon the landmark of time.

to never come back
just like
as we and us and them
were never there.
