Ma'hulika-16 Poem by dipak adhya

Ma'hulika-16

There are two trees beside our window,
One is green and full of blossomed flowers
And the other is dry like
The skeletons of sorrow.
My heart is filled with joy
To look at the blossomedtrees.
With soft voice I asked her,
Are you Ma'hulika?
A gentle breeze came and the leaves and flowers nodded their head.
And then I asked the dry tree,
Who are you?
I couldn't realise It's answer
But felt, it is nothing but
An elegiac poem!

Ma'hulika asked me,
To write a poem about them,
But I couldn't say,
I can't write a poem
Of sorrow and death!
