Magic Garden Poem by Alfred Ramos

Magic Garden

Plant the seed
For the things you will need
Dig in deep
For what you sow you will reap
Grab hold of a sturdy root
Otherwise the results will be moot
Till the soil
As if searching for oil
Rid the weed
Let nourishment be the feed
Pamper it with care
Look at it as a dare
Plant the dream
Next to a moonbeam
Plant the truth
With the imagination of our youth
Separate out the lies
A losing proposition in disguise
Fill the row with hope
And if you need to cope
Get down on your knees
Pray off the disease
In time a new life will sprout
It’s what the Magic Garden is all about
