To touch within is out of reach
Nothingness suppressed when I pursue
Go is not to join
Yield in all alone

Grief that is unreasonable
Insensitive to joy and mixed emotions
It is numb and I abhor
How can this be, God hear me

The music I cannot hear
The kisses I cannot feel
God’s love I adhere
Beneath this heart dismiss the fear

Let go of tears
Come, build a dream
What you do not hear and not feel
Is what you see in this make believe
