How is it that everyone tells you that you can basically have it all,
yet everytime you step forward to achieve it you fall?

They basically throw your failure in your face,
you say I would be able to do better at my own pace.

Pick up the pieces, now it’s time to start all over again,
moral to the story, sometimes you just need that push from a guided friend.

Don’t matter how old you are
or
how confident you have become,
accepting help doesn’t make you any less of a person
and it most certaintly doesn NOT make you dumb!

Trust me, I learned this the hard way,
