MAN OF MISTAKES

tangled in between the emotions which i try to break.
fallen time and again but i'll rise back, to myself I fake.
i promise not to repeat, but i'm on the edge of another fault to make
the only title I've' earned so far is the MAN OF MISTAKE.

I wish all these would just be a dream next morning when i wake.
can i burn my errors, or bury them right under the lake?
i wish it was possible to forget what once was done.
let me make one more mistake, i'll stand i'll not run.

i'll prove myself worthy, fight till i decay.
make my mistakes an opportunity someday.
again i wonder is it a mistake to have a ray of hope.
fallen from the hills, will i be able to climb the slope.

thoughts on my mind have made an untie-able knot.
i still have the strength for one more shot.
mistakes will be followed by its effect, whether u r ready or not.
either u gain something or lose everything u have got,

Poem of the Day

poet Henry David Thoreau

My books I'd fain cast off, I cannot read,
'Twixt every page my thoughts go stray at large
Down in the meadow, where is richer feed,
And will not mind to hit their proper targe.
