Masks are indeed powerful,
But the radiant face of Beauty will prevail.
Words can be twisted by propaganda,
But profound poetic truths will remain.
Myths may hold sway over our psyches,
But the cracks in their designs will become clear.
Darkness pervades the human condition,
But Love and Light will always find a way.

Yes love and light will always find a way and so will hope. Just read the latest news today of a cure of sorts to offer some comfort and hope. It's a start. And is found in your fine poem Dominic.
